I may be asking you to look at things from a new lens that could feel “woo woo”. Hey, maybe it is. Our healing, shifting, self-discovery and journey to love comes with all sort of names, depending on who you are. We could pray about it, meditate on it, exercise, talk to someone, journal, hug a tree or create art even! At the end of the day, all these experiences are giving the same human message to do whatever you need to get out of your own way and allow in all the abundance we have available to us…because all we have are these present moments. Glow in them feverishly goddess!
Solar Plexus Chakra
The Solar Plexus energy links with fire and the sun, with the power it provides for our growth and expansion. Our solar plexus is connected to our personal power and ambition. This chakra teaches us to tap into our ability to mold and cultivate what we want out of life with our own sense of strength and desire. When this chakra is balanced, we are able to honor our self, engage in our self-expression and be more fearless in our endeavors.
When the Solar Plexus is not balanced, you will struggle with overwhelming narratives in your identity that highlight your weaknesses as all that you are. When we are in these spaces of doubting self, this leaves us susceptible to other control, who may 1. Be abusive of this power or 2. Not be able to guide you to places in your relationship that you desire to be. When we feel incapable, physically and emotionally, we can feel stuck under pile of cardboard boxes that feel like boulders. Your faith in self is so important and the fire element in the Solar Plexus Chakra has to be ignited in order for you to see and believe the power you have to move mountains.

The essence of the Solar Plexus Chakra is that of the healer. Who feels more capable and drenched in loving purpose than that of a healer. These days healers come in all forms. Doctors, massage therapist, Reiki masters or spiritual guides. What they do is create space for others to work in conjunction with the healers intuition and their own. They allow space for others to once again meet self. You too an give this gift to others. Today, reach out to someone you have not spoken to in awhile. In these times it is even more likely that many have felt lost in this “new normal” and very disconnected. Be a healer that creates space for someone else to feel heard, to feel valuable enough for your time and who feels seen for all their sad or happy parts no matter what. This will ignite the fire element of your Solar Plexus and bring you closer to the truth about who you are and who you will always be; A being that even with the simplest of acts is capable of great things and that love will always come from a well that is tapped with intension.
How does this apply to your dating? When your swag is encased in that healer energy, others feel it. There’s a heat that smashes with desire, safety and passion that comes from a well balance Solar Plexus. People will come out of the shade to sit near your sun, where they feel a pull to grow, they feel the permission to be passionate and the ease to be themselves. Wouldn’t you want a partner who gives you the feeling that “I see you. I am powerful and so are you. We are powerful together”? It may be a challenge to put yourself out there, but this will get you one step closer to aligned with your glow.
